Introduction
If you're unable to find a solution to your issue in the knowledge base. You can raise a ticket via the self service portal. To do this, please follow the steps below.
1. To access the service desk, please read through this article.
2. Click on "Submit a Ticket"
3. You will then be taken to the "Submit a ticket" page. Please fill in the following details:
- Requester - This is your email address, it should autofill.
- Subject - This is the subject of your ticket.
- Location - This will be Garden Cottage Nursery, Junior School or Senior School.
- Service Department - This is the department your ticket will be assigned to.
- Description - This is the description of your ticket. Here you can attach a file, copy and paste images and screenshots, and add links.
- Priority - This is the priority of the ticket. Service departments reserve the right to adjust the priority depending on work loads and other tickets.
