Check the Status of a Ticket

Introduction

To check on the status of your ticket, please follow the steps below.


Steps

1. Make sure you're logged into the support portal, to do this, please follow the article here.


2. From the home page of the support portal, click on either "Tickets" from the top menu bar, or "View all tickets" from the middle menu.



3. You will then see a list of your "Open or Pending" tickets. You can changes this view to show your "Resolved or Closed" tickets, or a list of all your tickets.



4. Click on the ticket you wish to check to status of. Here you can add a reply and see who is working on your ticket.
