Submitting a Ticket - Email

Introduction

If you're unable to find a solution to your issue in the knowledge base. You can raise a ticket via email. To do this, please follow the steps below.


Steps

1. Open Gmail, make sure you're logged in with your @kentcollege.co.uk account.


2. Compose a new email


3. Use one of the following email addresses, depending on which service department you need help from.
