Apple Mail App (iPad/iPhone)

If you use the built in 'Mail' app on iPad/iPhone, this is how to link your KC Microsoft 365 email account.

On your iPad or iPhone, go to your device's Settings, scroll down and tap Mail > Accounts >Add Account

You will now be taken to the below screen, and select 'Exchange'.

Enter your Kent College email address in the Email field, then 'Kent College' as the description.

The description will be 'Exchange' by default, but we'd recommend to call it 'Kent College', so its easier to differentiate if you have a person account set up too.

Tap next, then you'll be prompted with the below. Tap 'Sign In'. 

(Do not press 'Configure Manually', you'll have to start again if so).

You will be taken to the Microsoft 365 login page, enter your password and press 'Sign in.'

You will now be prompted to enter a code from your Microsoft Authenticator.

Once successfully signed in, you'll be taken here, if you'd like to sync the below additional apps with your Kent College account, you can do so, but if you're just wanting email access, deselect them all except 'Mail'.

Press 'Save' in the top right, then go back to your homescreen, and back to the 'Mail' App.

At the top you will see a mailbox called 'Kent College' (or exchange if you didn't change it).

Tap it and you will now see your Kent College emails!!
