Accessing the Service Desk

Introduction

To access and log in to the service desk portal, please follow the instructions below.

Please note: The instructions work when at school or at home.

Steps

1. Browse to https://servicedesk.kentcollege.co.uk/support/home, you will be taken to the home page of the support portal. From here you can search the knowledge base for solutions to your issues.

2. To log in to your account, click on "Login" at the top right hand corner.

3. At the login page, click on "Are you a customer? Login here"

4. If you're not already signed in to your Google account, you will be taken to the Google login screen. Please login with you @kentcollege.co.uk account.

5. You should now be logged into the support portal. Here you can browse your tickets, the knowledge base, or submit a new ticket.
